Gifted Hands would like to inform you that we will not accept new clients in the Broward county and Dade county communities/locations beginning April 16, 2024.

New client-Incentive 

*All first time clients will receive an additional 15 minutes added to any 50 min or 80 mins session when they mention reading this on the website or present it with your session from Orange peel ads. 

*Valid only for Stuart, Palm City, Port St Lucie and Fort Pierce cities/counties

*Not offered to Palm Beach, Broward nor Dade county clients

Payment Types....

*We accept the following payment types; Zelle, Cash, Venmo, All major debit and Credit Cards, HSA/FSA, VA Community Care Network Insurance.

*No other payment types will be accepted 

* There will be a $3+ processing fee for sessions paid other than cash (e.g. All major credit cards/debit cards (Square and Stripe), HSA/FSA and Venmo

* Only Zelle and Venmo are Accepted for parties, employee contracts and Teachers/Staff appreciation events. Once paid we can proceed as normal with any services.

*If paying with Zelle you must pay 24-48 hours before the actual event 

Discontinuation of sessions

*Your session/service can be discontinued for the following reasons;

    *Sexual gestures, conversations, and/or Actions Etc.

    * Not obeying all policies set by Gifted Hands' owner or enforced Florida laws

    *Being rude or disrespectful to your therapist. This includes others in the home or surrounding work space (office)

    *Being argumentative about fees due for services, when they were already discussed

Gift Certificates...

* All gift certificate must be valid and within date in order to be used/honored, NO Acceptions

* A text picture must be sent to the given business number to show the date of the certificate in order to book a session. If when present, if not it will not be honored and we will leave.

Travel/Mobile Coverage Locations...

* While Gifted Hands has the means to travel to your location, currently we do so only if you are located in Palm Beach and Port St Lucie counties; Boynton Beach, Delray, Lakeworth, Wellington, Loxahatchee, Riviera Beach, Singer Island, Stuart Etc.

Location Courtesy, Ethics and Boundaries...

* If the location is not in a safe neighborhood/location, the massage session will be canceled right away, a cancel fee will be charged for the day and your session will automatically be rescheduled for a different day (at another location or in office if applicable)

*Upon entering, each location (Residence, office, facility) must be clean, have a clean scent, and has plenty of space for the therapist to move freely around the massage table/chair while working

***No children or pets allowed On, Around nor Under the massage table/chair during setup and work hours

*Disrespect will not be tolerated neither will a unfit work space/area. Your therapist will leave immediately and if unfit, you can reschedule to enjoy one our great sessions

*If someone is ill in your/the home or office space, your session cannot take place there. Please consider the health of your therapist and his or her family

Misc. Information...

*It is important to understand that if you were issued a gift certificate, Groupon Voucher or have unused sessions, or have Prepaid sessions, you must use it/them by April 15, 2024 in office. 

* I have 2 great therapists in place (Broward county area only) that is ready to accept you as my replacement starting April 16th, and they are just as gifted as I.

Her name is Tiease (754) 715-4352 will accept clients to do basic massage therapy. Her business hours are Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm and Saturdays 12pm-6pm.

I also have Shanitra (954) 761-6030 that will take all Lymphatic Drainage clients only. She is mobile or you may go to her location.

Liabilities...We are not responsible or liable for any massage mishaps if you fail to communicate your medical issues/conditions as well as any medications currently taken on your intake forms. 

**We also are not liable for non communicated information for example allergies to any oils, lotions, fragrances Etc. being used throughout the session.

Booking Policies... Every booking will be prompted to put a credit/debit card on file. You will only be charged with this card if you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment or after services rendered to check out.
